At Softies, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
